  • Clean Hearts Love Wicked Hearts

Early in His ministry, Jesus already knew exactly who He was dealing with. Deceitful hearts. Wicked hearts. Hearts that would shout Hosanna one day and Crucify Him the next. And He went to the cross anyway. In this episode we sit with one of the most staggering truths in Scripture: He knew what was in us, all of it, and loved us regardless. Then we turn the mirror around and ask the harder question. If His love for us required Him to die, why does loving the people who simply annoy us feel like such an impossible chore? We talk honestly about resistance, about the chasm between loving God and loving people, and about what it actually looks like to extend a clean heart toward a wicked one. Be prepared for the worst. Give it your best. With His help, that is all any of us can do.

  • The Garden is Full

In this episode we take an honest walk through Genesis 2 and discover something that gets lost in the rush to the forbidden tree: God led with abundance, not restriction. Every tree. A river parting into four. Everything pleasant to the sight and good for food. The garden was extravagantly, overwhelmingly full before the serpent ever showed up. And yet Eve zeroed in on the one thing she could not have. Sound familiar? We sit with Paul in Romans 7, pick up the antidote in 1 Thessalonians 5, and land on the one practice that pulls our eyes off the forbidden tree and back to everything we already have. Gratitude. I hope you see how full your garden is today. God picked every flower, plant, and weed for you.

  • At Least No One is Trying to Kill Me (That I know of)

It started as a choppy morning. A disrupted Holy Hour, vet visits, work fires demanding immediate attention, and a day pregnant with stress before it even got started. The old version of this story ends with a tall glass of wine. This version ends differently. In this episode we draw unexpected courage from Jeremiah, who rose early, delivered bad news to an entire nation, and nearly got killed for his obedience. Suddenly a stressful workday does not look quite so bad. We talk about the power of words, the choice to declare your day Spirit filled before it has even had a chance to behave, and what it looks like to find Jesus not despite the hard moments but right in the middle of them. Jeremiah survived. You will too.

  • How Did You Make It to Heaven?

If a stubborn, silly, gloriously clueless Lab can bulldoze through shock pads just to be near the people she loves, how much more will the Creator, Preserver, and Protector of the universe do to be near you? In this episode we follow one dog's relentless pursuit of her people, sit with the breathtaking perseverance of God's love in John 14, and ask the uncomfortable question: when you look at someone and wonder if they are really going to make it to Heaven, are you sure you are the right person to be asking that? It is not theological correctness that gets us there. It is not being lovable enough. It is purely His love, chasing us through every barricade we put up, bulldozing through every shock pad, refusing to leave us alone. And that, if you are wondering, is also how I make it to Heaven. Not by anything I did. Purely by His love.

  • Blessed is the One Who Trusts

At a church carnival, a little girl from kids club earned so many tickets she could not hold them all. She looked around the room, spotted her teacher, and handed over every single one without hesitation. No second guessing. No holding back. Just pure, uninhibited trust. In this episode we ask: when did we last trust God like that? We explore the difference between faith and trust, why a mustard seed is enough, and why this Satan soaked world is specifically designed to make us doubt the One who has never once let us down. We have evidence of His faithfulness. We know Him. And yet we still hesitate. Jeremiah 17:7 says blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord. That blessing is available to you today. All you have to do is hand over your tickets.

  • A Girl, Her Journal, and Answered Prayers

It started with a missed morning appointment, a nagging feeling to write, and a quiet night with a journal. But what unfolded was anything but ordinary. In this episode we open an ancient journal entry, a forgotten desire list written before Jesus knocked on the door, and discover that every single thing on it had already come true. God did not just answer the prayer. He answered it before it was even fully formed. Isaiah 65:24 says that before we call, He will answer. And while we are still speaking, He will hear. Whatever you are waiting on today, whatever feels unanswered or forgotten, take heart. He has not forgotten a single word you ever whispered to Him. You may already be living the answer and not even know it yet.

  • Who is Driving You Today?

It started with a hike, some winding roads through a misty hillside, and the words of a song that stopped everything: "It's Your breath in our lungs." In this episode we sit with one of the most profound and underappreciated truths in all of Scripture: Jesus is not outside of us cheering from a distance. He has made His home in us. The Alpha and the Omega lives inside you right now. So why do we still feel weak, easily swayed, and far from the fruits of the Spirit? Because we have not yet slid over and let Him take the wheel. Like a child perched on their father's lap pretending to steer while dad does all the real work, it is time to hand over the reins. Get out of the way and let Him drive.

  • Jump On The Table

Things have gotten a little chaotic around the house lately. Stress levels up, peace levels down, and an irritability index higher than normal. It reminded me of the time I spotted a cockroach in my parents' house, made a heroic leap onto the dining table, and screamed for my dad. He appeared promptly, handled it like it was nothing, checked the perimeter, and set me safely back on terra firma. In this episode we ask the question: how much more would our Father in Heaven do for us? When the enemy attacks and the fight feels real, perhaps the answer is not to fight harder but to bend our knees, bow our heads, and let God do the fighting. We are more than conquerors. He already won.

  • Guilty and Set Free

A new Christian walks into church in her pretty outfit expecting puppies and rainbows, and gets hit with a sermon titled "You Are Barabbas." What followed was years of quiet arrogance, a corporate strategy to solve the unsolvable, and the slow, humbling, glorious realization that this is not a problem for a little human heart to fix. In this episode, we sit with the uncomfortable truth that we are all Barabbas, guilty, undeserving, and inexplicably set free while an innocent man took our place. And then we explore what happens when we finally stop trying to manage our own transformation and let the Potter do His work. You do not have to dress up for this fight. Just show up. He will do the rest.

  • Are You Crated?

What do a German Shepherd who sleeps with her crate door closed by choice, a resort full of exhausted dogs, and a demon possessed man sitting calmly at the feet of Jesus all have in common? More than you would think. In this episode, we explore what happens when we step outside our sacred routines and find ourselves physically fine but spiritually untethered. The dogs knew exactly what to do when they came home from vacation. They went straight back to their crates. The question is: do we? If your heart feels restless, your mind feels noisy, and your prayer time feels cumbersome, this one is for you. Seek hard. Return often. He promised you would find Him.
