We thank you so much for listening and we certainly hope you have found value in our content.

We hope there will be many more episodes and pleawe send us questions and topics you want covered in our nect 30!!

A great presentation from CCB's GTT west coast coordinator Albert Ruel where he discusses Peer Mentoring.
Certinaly it touches on GTT itself but the topics and barriers/feelings discussed are relelant all across the baord!
A great listen!
In this eposode we answer a couple listerner questions surrionding warming up and colling down as well as BMI...
Ryan gets a little confused on just how many episodes he's done, perhaps he needs to go back to math class!!
Have a listen, maybe a laugh, and enjoy!
An often requested topic, finally here!
Have listen to my take on the subject and chime in with your thoughts!
Note: This is the longest episode we've done.I guess I have lots to say!!
A quick episode that devulges one of my biggest secrets to staying motivated....umm ok, you can probably tell from the title.
Write it down!!!
Take a listen to learn more:)
In this episode we discuss the important of managing blood pressure and medications in as natural a way as possible. Medications is a super important part of staying healthy HOWEVER we can do some things to help our body do things “o natural” !!!
Enjoy!
Yup you read that correctly!! In this episode we recap a few items regarding the program and then we share a bit about Ryan’s experience trying something new.. Trying to prove that pretty much anything can be adapted and enjoyed by those with vision loss.
Lots of updates in this episode and a bit of an analogy (atempted anyways) on why choosing the bumpy, scary, winding path through life may be more difficult but is ultimatley more rewarding. Don't let your blindness force you onto the freeway...it may be easier, but certainly not as fun!
NOTE: This is epidode 23, really it is!!! Realized after the fact I kept calling it 22....but such is life!
In this episode we touch very briefly on the topic of mental health, the stigma, or shall i say “hopefully disappearing stigma” of mental health. We touch on coping mechanisms and then review our “local champions” and “#eyeammmore” campaigns.
Would LOVE to hear your ways of dealing with stress, depression or any other mental health concerns you face.
Also REALLY want to hear your #eyeammore story, what makes you...you!!
