Happy New Year! Interview with Profesora Budinha. We talk about getting old, teaching class, how she found capoeira and her first batizado. I tried not to edit this as much because it flowed so well. Enjoy and have a great 2018.

This episode was recorded last month in my breakfast nook where we sat and pretty much just had a casual conversation about recent capoeira events and training and everything in general. Really flowed with Cafe.
