This short guided meditation for unpaid carers introduces the Breath of Fire — a powerful, rhythmic breathing technique designed to boost energy, focus, and vitality.
For carers supporting someone living with dementia, fatigue is a constant companion. This practice offers a quick, effective way to clear the mind and awaken the body — ideal for mornings or those moments when tiredness hits hardest.
Please note: This practice may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have respiratory conditions, or experience dizziness. Always breathe at a comfortable pace and stop if you feel lightheaded.
Suitable for anyone supporting someone living with dementia, whether at home or in a professional care role.
