Lorelie Rozzano knows the pain of addiction very well.   Over her lifetime she has lived with addiction and is now helping those who desire to recover.     She is the author of 3 books covering all aspects of the recovery process.  Lorelie is truly an amazing lady and I learned so much just talking to her.    This is definitely one of the most helpful and informative conversations I’ve had about addiction.

Never underestimate the value of your brain.    It almost goes without saying, but so many people don't take the time or effort to really care for their brain.     Karla Weiss has worked for over 20 years in the healthcare industry. Working in all roles from candy striper to full time registered nurse.  Now, she is bringing the focus to proper brain health, and what it means to care for your brain and stand up for being different in these strange times.    She and I really got into it this week. Michael has lived in Alberta his entire life, working in many of the industries that sustain our province.

He's hoping to bring that knowledge, and experience to Ottawa. So listen in and get informed for this Election Day.
