This week, Drewby and Yergy head back to New Mexico to discuss the horrifying case of James Dunklee Cruz. James was an adorable little boy who lost his life because CPS failed him repeatedly. Child Services in New Mexico ignored 13 different reports of abuse in his home. In the end, poor James' cause of death was blunt head and torso trauma, caused by multiple fatal blows involving different parts of the body.
