This week, Drewby and Yergy head to LaPorte, Indiana, to discuss the case of 4-year-old Judah Morgan, who was placed in a loving home, only to have that stripped away 18-months later. CPS took Judah from his foster parents, and placed him in the home of his biological parents, Mary Yoder and Alan Morgan. During this time, Judah was tied up with duct tape and thrown into the basement of the couple's squalid home, only to die from blunt force trauma due to all of the beatings he suffered at Alan's hands.
