Marne Platt, author of Easy, Tasy, Gluten Free,  joins Mike and Cam all the way from Switzerland! Following many health struggles, Marne was inspired to write her book after going gluten free, when she became obsessed with perfecting gluten free treats for her and her friends. The recipes became such a hit that she decided to write a cookbook that will get even the most novice bakers on the right path to cooking success!

Cam's travel adventures continue with a spontaneous trip to Miami to celebrate his mom's birthday, and take in a Chicago Bulls game. While the NBA action isn't what they had hoped for the food was a veritable "March Madness" of goodness, including a great dedicated GF bakery and a one-of-a-kind Japanese steakhouse.
