In this episode we talk to Andrew Selby w/ Clayton Smith about his ups & downs in his boxing career. This was more of a conversation than an interview, and we all had a great crack.   Andrews life has been a rollercoaster and has more recently overcome addiction and mental health, hes back now looking for a comeback with his contract with MTK still live. The fact he plucked the courage up and come to the interview and be as honest as he was, was an achievement in itself.  We are looking to do a Part 2 very soon because there was so so much we missed, but hey ho thats podcasting.

In this episode we bring you Cobi Flowers who tells us his story about his recent battle with cancer.  we could’ve done an interview just on the great things he does for both the youth and adults in sports, but instead his battles with ‘Hodgkins Lymphomas’ was naturally the focus of the interview.  Cobi is currently raising funds so he can go private and explore avenues of treatment that is not available on the NHS. Dan Rundle; after working over 10years as a screw in HMP Cardiff & Brixton he switched roles in prison from officer to drugs worker at the start of the pandemic to try tackle some of the problems within the jails...ADDICTION  Dan tells all, from his first scuffles to some of the worst things he’s seen over the wall and even goes into detail about his own mental health & the reasons why he left.

Highlighting major topics and sharing stories from influential people and how they've managed to achieve there own level of success.  Original Pirate Material … In this exclusive interview we speak to MC Killer, Killer, the real MC GRINDER the real KURUPT FM, Call him what you want we’ll stick with UNCLE K.   Uncle K Came to The Central Club to share his extraordinary story about the life of Pirate Radio & the birth of Garage & Grime   @Uncle K   was first discovered to the public when a Documentary was filmed by BBC3 in the early 00’s named Tower Block Dreams, which also featured a young  @CharlieSloth   which was based on the up and coming UKG scene in places like London & Essex  Uncle K was filmed on an episode named ‘Ghetto On Sea’ where he was based at the time running Southend’s biggest & Best ‘Pirate Radio Station’ the young Dj/MC was clearly hot-headed, violently brash and clearly Mentally Ill (he explains all in interview)  …this is where things get interesting only a couple years later a small Mockumentary programme about the EXACT life of killer, ‘to a tee’! Came out on the EXACT same channel… A decade later we have ‘People Just Do Nothing’ , KURUPT FM & now a Movie   Uncle K is here to give his thoughts on the whole thing on his first ever podcast interview and I promise you do not want to miss this one, the guy is unpredictable and the things we discuss are explosive.  ****Some Valuable lessons to be learned in this episode!****  PS. Highlighting major topics and sharing stories from influential people and how they have managed to achieve there own level of success.  In this episode we bring you the Impact player and some would say the ultimate underdog 'Super Joe Ledley'  After announcing his retirement just a matter of weeks ago,  we bring you his first in-depth interview where he touches on his amazing career. 

Joe started by signing with his boyhood club  @Cardiff City FC  where he quickly became the first team player and captain, taking them to a F.A Cup Final where he scored in the Semi's to take them there.  It was not long before he was head hunted by a handful of  @Premier League   clubs but the midfielder chose the Scottish route and went on to sign for  @Celtic FC  where he spent the majority of his career.
