The bubble lens... It's this concept that I figured out during Covid when I was in a really dark time. The bubble lens is how you view the world. Everything you see is in that lens. EVERYTHING seems sad, EVERYTHING seems overwhelming. And if you're in a lens that you don't want to be in, you have to process it. It's just like emotions. You have to be willing to put in the work and sit in that lens while you get through it. So sit with it, think about it, shake its hand, give it a hug... Talk about it out loud, where do you feel it in your body? What color is it? Is it hard or soft? Fast or slow? ...and then it will pass.
