In the first hour, Charlie discusses the Astros win streak, last night’s game highlights, and what to expect across the board in these upcoming games. Charlie continues the hour talking about football star Eddie George performing in the Broadway musical “Chicago.” He discusses Game 3 of the NBA finals between Golden State and Toronto. He briefly talks about Boston Bruins’ player Zdeno Chara’s broken jaw in Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final. He finishes off the hour talking about popular movies from previous decades.

Charlie opens up the hour reminding all viewers to tune into their televisions later this month to join Jose in watching Caddyshack, as they inform us that he’s never seen the movie. Charlie and a caller later discuss the “rattled” state of the Houston Rockets and their inability to reach a new deal with head coach Mike D’Antoni. Charlie debates Tillman Fertitta’s promise that there are “multiple championships” coming to Houston and even ponders whether Coach D’Antoni will be on the sideline for opening night. He challenges the true ability of the Rockets’ roster and shares what he believes to be the team’s only shot at winning a title.

Charlie starts the show recapping the Astros win in Seattle last night. He transitions into the Dallas Keuchel situation and ponders where he should sign. Charlie briefly touches on the MLB draft and players that were drafted out of high school. The hour continues with some talk about Corbin Martin continuing to have bad outings. Charlie finishes off the hour discussing the Astros’ draft.

Charlie takes a call about an injury that happened in the Stanley Cup game last night. He continues talking about the Stanley Cup and the Blues improbable run. Callers call in and try to stump Charlie. The show ends with the ineptitude of the Mariners and Yuli Guriel’s recent struggles.

Charlie starts off the show talking about the Astros pitching lineup and their current standing in the American League. He gets into the NBA finals and gives a breakdown of last night’s game and what is to come in the series. Charlie continues talking about the MLB, discussing the injuries the Astros are facing and the upcoming ‘easy’ series Houston has ahead of them. Charlie talks about the end of the Raptors/Warriors game last night and what to expect following Klay Thompsons injury. He finishes the hour talking about people who ruin jeopardy and the different pronunciations of Andre Iguodala’s name.

Charlie kicks off hour 2 of the show discussing the Warriors lineup with their injuries and what the minutes might look like for certain players. He dives into the Astros schedule over the next couple weeks and their batting lineup. He talks about how great Justin Verlander is playing and what he is on the path to accomplish. Andy Ruiz becomes the heavyweight champion of the world and Charlie gives his take on what this means for the sport. He finishes off the show talking about the upcoming Warriors/Raptors game 3 on Wednesday and Stanley Cup Finals games this week.

Charlie opens the show breaking down game 1 of the NBA Finals between the Toronto Raptors and the Golden State Warriors and talks how the Raptors and the star performer last night Pascal Siakim and how they are better than the last Cavs teams the Warriors played in the past. Then goes into the Rockets lackadaisical movement to give head coach Mike D’Antoni a contract extension and how they are interesting times ahead. A caller Ron calls in and asks Charlie if the way the Rockets are so vocal about trade talks and if it can light a fire under the players and Charlie gives a long worded I don’t know. And then he talks Chris Paul and his trade value and how he’s on one of the worst contracts in the NBA.  He finishes the hour talking about the post-game situation between Drake and Draymond Green.

Charlie opens the 2nd hour Talking Astros and the next series against the Oakland As this weekend and how the next couple of games are just a cake walk (Seattle Baltimore Milwaukee Toronto Cincinnati) and how the pitching is the strength of this team. Then he and Jose discuss classic movies like Get Smart and the Naked Gun and he also says that JJ Watt the greatest 99 in Houston, but Wayne Grestsky is the all-time greatest #99 with about 99 days left until the Texans kick off their season in New Orleans. And he and a caller discuss potential trades for the Houston Astros and see what they can do. He then takes a look into Pascal Siakim again and who was taken ahead of him and a look at who went ahead of him and if the Rockets kept their pick that year the Rockets could’ve had their chance at him and rookie of the year Malcolm Brogdon.

Charlie starts the show by previewing Game 1 of the NBA Finals. He then transitions into some Astros talk including Correa’s rib injury. Charlie then discusses the child that was hit by a foul ball at the game last night and questions if the nets should be extended. The hour ends with the St. Louis Blues’ victory song and Armani Brooks declaring for the NBA draft.

The second hour of the show begins with a call about Tyler White’s physique. Charlie dives back into the NBA Finals and gives his thoughts about the series. Ken Hoffman joins the show for his weekly segment. Ken tries to stump Charlie with some trivia questions. Ken and Charlie question if Correa’s rib injury was truly due to a massage. The guys wrap up the show with Ken’s takes on the foul ball fencing debate and the NBA Finals.
