The big topics for the first hour of the show are the NBA playoffs and the Warriors blowing a 31-point lead. At the end of the hour, he talks about all of the big news out of the MLB, including Chris Davis’ first home run of the season.

Charlie reignites his discussion about Golden State’s embarrassing loss to the Clippers and DeMarcus Cousins’ injury. Then, he looks at the biggest lead-blowing games. To close out the show, Charlie talks about Russell Wilson’s new monster contract.

In the first hour of the show Charlie talks about everyday that happened on the weekend including Tiger winning the Master, the Rockets winning, and the Warriors. Charlie then gets into detail about Tiger’s Masters win. Then he talks about Kyle Lowry’s playoff struggle in Game 1.

In the second hour of the show Charlie recaps the Astros night and their next series against the A’s. Then he discusses the KD and Beverley drama. Charlie also talks about the Lakers and Luke Walton “mutually parting ways” and the potential hire of Tyron Lue.

In the first hour off the show Charlie talks about Tiger Wood’s first round at the Masters. Then Charlie discusses the Rockets-Jazz first round matchup. He ends the first hour talking about the Utah Jazz fan that makes weird songs.

In the last hour of the show Charlie discusses the playoff match-ups. Then he talks about the best NBA teams in the 90s. Also Ryan Divish writer for the Seattle Times joins the show to discuss the Mariners.

The first round of playoffs is scheduled for the Rockets and they are lined up to play the Jazz. The Astros swept the Yankees so Charlie has a reason to be excited. Jeff Van Gundy joins the show to talk about the NBA playoffs.

For the second hour, Charlie talks a bit about Dwayne Wade’s final game and some stats from his career. He also talks about the Astros and their upcoming games. He even discusses golf and gives updates on the Masters. Charlie closes out the hour with some hockey talk.

He then discusses the potential playoff seeding in each conference and what matchups are likely to happen. Charlie has a major problem with Charles Barkley calling Dirk the Greatest foreign Player of All Time in the NBA and believes someone by the name of Hakeem Olajuwon should be considered ahead of Dirk.

To kick off the last hour of the show Charlie discusses how tight the Rockets championship window with Chris Paul turning 34 in the coming weeks. He then explains why tonight’s NBA games have major playoff implications for the Rockets and how it will affect their path to the finals. Charlie is sicken and disgusted by the fact of Magic Johnson resigning from his position with the Lakers and decided not to tell Jeanie Buss before the interview because he was too scared to do so. Charlie discusses how the Astros offence have came alive since coming back home, but is annoyed by how empty Minute Maid Park continues to be.
