In the first hour Charlie talks about the Texans beating Jacksonville yesterday, the Astros win another series over the Angels and he wraps up with some college football talk then circling back to the Astros.

In the first hour Charlie goes over college football and focuses on the big 12 adding BYU, Cincinnati, UCF and Houston. He also discusses  the Cowboys-Buccaneers game on Thursday night football and other major storylines around the NFL. In the bottom of the hour Charlie discusses the Texans upcoming game against the Jaguars and what he expects to see from Tyrod Taylor and the team. 

To start the second hour Charlie and Del make some picks round the NFL before discussing the Houston Astros. Charlie discusses their schedule the rest of the way and where he expects the Astros to finish in the playoff race. At the bottom of the hour Charlie switches the conversation back to the Texans and Jaguars and discusses the recent history of both teams.

In the second hour Charlie talks about all things NFL ahead of the season, including top 5 selling jerseys and rookie quarterbacks. Heisman Voter and former ESPN Insider Phil Steele joins Charlie to talk about the upcoming weekend of college football.

In the first hour Charlie talks about the Astros and their loss to the Seattle Mariners. He also breaks down the AL playoff picture and where the Astros sit in in the playoff race. At the bottom of the hour Charlie talks about the NFL before week 1 and the opening night game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

In the second hour Charlie goes over the Astros lineup today against the Mariners for the series finale before switching it over to the NFL and the top storylines from around the league. At the bottom of the hour Charlie talks about teams around the MLB in playoff contention and talks about the passing of former Patriots running back Sam Cunningham.
