Introducing Lissien! Lissien is my second 30-something on my podcast and someone I have only known for a few months but feel like I have known for longer! She's a fun soul and definitely was a great time to chat with over a glass of wine. I was so excited when she told me she loves San Antonio wine like I do so we of course opened a bottle of wine together. Our conversation was so great that it has to be a two parter, so for part 1 this week we dive into her journey with spirituality and motherhood. Another solo episode this week! I wanted to take a little break from studying for finals and just make a fun, casual episode. I was also feeling nostalgic so I wanted to give some commentary on some pop culture moments of the 2010s! Moments include Harry Potter, scandals and "hide your kids, hide your wife". The infamous Cinthya is finally on as a guest! I have mentioned her countless times on the pod and she's finally here having a glass and chatting with me. It's so funny because we had a different topic and direction planned for this episode but of course we steered into a different direction. Happy Pride Month! I kicked off Pride month by having a conversation with my cousin Joshua Vasquez. He is a traveling hairstylist and my first 30-something on the podcast! We dive into more about him, chat about some Pride/West Hollywood memories, and gives some advice to those who are nearing their 30s. Yes... I am now unemployed. But it was my decision! Tune in this week for a solo episode where I rant about why I quit my job with no backup plan. I interview my sister on her mental health journey, especially during the quarantine time between 2020-2021. She details her experiences feeling symptoms of anxiety, how she felt being stuck at home for a whole year, and how it led to her being prescribed medication to treat her symptoms. We also dive into her thoughts on going through life milestones during a pandemic and unprecedented times, which include her 21st birthday and graduating college! If you're interested in hearing about how she dealt with what life threw at her, or if you simply just are curious to know about her experiences with mental health medication, then grab a glass and chat with us!

For the first time in The Chatty Fox history we have a guest on the show! And not just any guest... but a collaboration with the one and only Marielle Vizcarra, host of the podcast That Show F*cked Me Up!. Marielle is a very great friend of mine, and we were roommates in college ("and they were roommates...").
