I LOVE to travel, so I just wanted to talk about it haha. This week I am chatting about why I love to travel, why I think it's essential to travel in your twenties if you can, and I give some tips to travel on a budget (because we are all struggling out here am I right, ladies?). I also briefly talk about my 3 major international travels that I believe shaped who I am as a person, and contributed to my passion for public health. I understand that traveling is not easily possible for everyone, and not all 20 somethings can just get up and go, but honestly even weekend getaways are great for your mental health so I still recommend listening!
