After a long delay, episode 2 of series 2 is here! I'm joined by Nelson Luzbel, a health coach from Florida, who like me, has suffered with health anxiety in the past. Nelson shares his struggles and we explore the almost polar opposite forms of health anxiety as our stories take different paths but end at the same place. In this final episode of series one, I will be talking about reasons why care and for some of us worry about what other people think about us. I share the effects of worrying excessively about what others think about us and why we shouldn't live our lives in fear of other people's perceptions. There are of course benefits which can help us succeed. I also discuss the behaviour that is, imposter syndrome and how much of impact it can have on people's lives. Merry Christmas and enjoy!

I will be sharing my experience of living with it and how I have managed to get a hold of it following my recovery through therapy.
