Our first stop on our round the world trip is Thailand. Mork and Benn join us from their restaurant Morks in Canberra which is a celebration of traditional flavours and techniques from Thailand.
We loved talking to them about how they grew up working in their father's restaurant and then went on to opening their own restaurant and how they achieve "tension and release with the goal of achieving balance" in their food everyday.
