This is going to go down as one of my favorite episodes, because my first guest is my favorite person in the whole wide world, my husband Robb Pearson. It’s a Robbisode! I am bringing him onto the podcast to have a candid conversation about the things we get asked about a lot. We talk about our story, communication techniques, balancing masculine/feminine energies, fighting for each other not against each other, and more! I'm incredibly grateful to Rob for sharing his wisdom and I'm excited for you to listen to our conversation. We hope this helps you define your expectations, express gratitude, and engage in open conversations about your desires and insecurities to strengthen your relationship.

Episode 8 Capturing Contrast
In this podcast episode, I wanted to share with you my experience at an amazing 3 day retreat. I did not know anyone before arriving and had my first experience with plant medicine. So I am recording for you what I have experienced and the transformation I have had. I have never felt more like myself. I have never felt more present. And I am so excited to experience more and more benefits in my life because of this.
I share with you today a story of being present in the moment walking the aisles of Target, following my intuition, and an interaction with a complete stranger. I hope this episode encourages you to look at what you have been carrying, challenge it, be present in the moment, and connect with others.

As I recorded this on my 34th birthday, I share with you what it is like to be in this place of not caring what other people think and step into who you are. I spent many years of my life people pleasing and paralyzed by what others might say about me. If you struggle with this too let me share with you the questions that I ask myself to build my own self trust.
One of those questions being “what do I really want?” In thinking and answering that question I set goals. I share about this system I used to have in my office of a vision board and a rearview mirror. It was a physical reminder of where I wanted to go and what I have accomplished. Because setting the goal is not about the goal itself but becoming the person that can achieve it. It is about who you become along the way. This is a reminder to myself and you to GET CRAZY! Go for those wild, aspirational goals, because who you will become is the reward. The joy is in the journey, my friend!
