Welcome to the not really CrossFit episode. See Tricia invited our friend Josh Colburn from Crossfit Cheshire to the studio to talk about his new gym. We swear we had a plan, but we just started talking, and before we knew it an hour went by. So this episode is somewhat random in nature. We touch on Kobe Bryant, Plant Foods, Fotis Dulos and Hollywood. We hope you enjoy tuning in and listening to the three of us just have a series of conversations. Also please checkout CrossFit Cheshire in their new location, 51 Railroad Ave, Cheshire CT.
