The intersection of Christianity and Economics is freedom.  That freedom enriches countries.  And, the natural desire for supply to meet demand encourages world peace.

Sweatshops are acceptable, if three rules apply: 1. The employee chose to be there.   2. The employee is richer at the end of the workday.  3. Reasonable safety rules apply.

The US should not return to the gold standard.  It would reduce the supply of dollars, which would lower the purchasing power of the poor.

Reparations violate our Christian belief, they are not legally reasonable, economically nor financially calculable.  And, they are regressive.

Three things cause happiness: Religion, freedom, and work.  That’s why Free Market Capitalism is so important to the Christian Economist.

Tariffs are a tax that increases the price to consumers, harms the poor, removes consumer freedom and is corrupt.

In God We Trust is being replaced by trust in the Federal Reserve Bank.  These Socialist tendencies are ruining Capitalism.

Crony capitalism violates two of the “Ten Commandments of Economics” as explained in Biblical Economic Policy by Arnott and Saydometov: Don’t steal, and use honest measures.

God cares about humans.   He cares about the environment only as a means to serve humans.

Humans are made in the image of God to steward scarce resources that enable human thriving.
