Yes. You can lose weight and finally find Freedom in Food.
Let me show you how.
For years I watched my mother struggle with her weight. Living with her, I saw first hand what fighting the never-ending battle of weight loss can do to a person’s confidence and self-esteem.
Over the years my mother would lose weight through hard work and dieting, only to put the weight back on when life got in the way. It was a hard thing to watch, but that period of my life shaped my purpose and gave me a “why.”
I realized that I wanted to study nutrition and help men and women all over the world break free from their struggle with weight. After several years my mother finally overcame her weight issues when she decided to offer up her struggle to God. This, and this alone, was the pivotal moment in her life and journey to freedom with food.
I’ve spent the last 20 years studying nutrition and diet and helping millions of people across the globe create a healthier lifestyle. But that wasn’t enough.
I knew that if I wanted to have a true and lasting impact on this earth, I needed to combine the power of proper nutrition with the power of God’s love.
That is why I’ve created the New Life Promise, a weight loss program that offers the best meal plans and recipes combined with a heavy focus on your relationship with God and a community of believers to support you every step of the way.
I’m so glad you’ve found this program and it is my prayer that you will also find the freedom and peace that God has for you!
