Last year had many of us wondering, what’s next? Will we be able to travel home for the holidays? Meet our friends for happy hour? Cheer on our favorite football team in person?

There is no more important fuel for the future of your organization than innovation. By supporting a culture focused on experimenting, devising, and creating new ideas for how your company can be more agile and productive, you set up your business for success. But now that hybrid-work models have become the default mode of working, how can you effectively drive innovation and productivity for your distributed workforce?
Hybrid work and innovation are not opposed to each other. Indeed, 80 percent of business leaders believe that in a post-pandemic world, their organizations will enter a phase of hyper-innovation due to tech-powered hybrid working generating more ideas than ever. However, unlocking this innovation demands a flexible workspace strategy that avoids the constraints of the past and puts technology to its best use. Here’s how Citrix can help you unlock the innovative potential of your hybrid workforce.

Organizations need employees to be productive, no matter where they’re working from or what device they’re working on. At the same time, they need to ensure secure access to corporate resources and that potential threats are managed to protect the organization. Adaptive access is a key pillar for implementing a zero trust network access framework.
That’s why we’re pleased to announce a preview to support adaptive access to Citrix Workspace. With this preview, IT admins can enable adaptive access to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops accessed through Citrix Workspace based on network location, the public IP address from which a user tries to access Citrix Workspace.

Hybrid work is being heralded as the next great disruption in the workplace, and although there was already a trend towards working from home, the pandemic accelerated the transition. With all these rapid changes, it was quickly revealed to organizations that they need the right mix of remote work tools and protocols in place to preserve productivity while also ensuring employee safety.
The focus for organizations today is to truly enable the work-from-anywhere model, which is a seamless blend of in-person and remote work, with the right mix of secure remote-access technology that maintains maximum uptime.
This shift in focus can present a challenge to many organizations as they navigate what is most important to their strategy, the tools to evaluate, and the different solutions available. ATSG is here to help. In this blog post, we will cover the priorities and the technologies you should consider when implementing your hybrid work strategy.

A global shortage of microchips has slowed the delivery of IT hardware and increased prices. With the impact of the squeeze expected to last for a year or more, technology decision-makers must act quickly to avoid being caught short. According to The Wall Street Journal, “Corporate tech leaders are dealing with dwindling supplies of the physical building blocks of IT.”

Citrix experts want to ensure that you are ready for anything. That is why we focus on three main pillars within Citrix Workspace: empowering secure and distributed work; boosting worker productivity; and accelerating IT modernization. Earlier this month, during our Citrix Launchpad: Work event, we announced new Citrix and partner innovations that will transform how people work.
That transformation is becoming increasingly important as businesses continue to evolve their approach to distributed workforces and implement new work models and technologies to enhance communication and collaboration. Citrix can securely enable hybrid work with practical tools that facilitate the shift to cloud or hybrid cloud computing.
Our teams diligently work to provide the most up-to-date product solutions to improve the way work gets done, regardless of device, time, location, or network. Let’s take a closer look at the what’s new with Citrix Workspace in October.
