  • Was removing Maduro smart? Here's what history says...
With the U.S. having removed Maduro from Venezuela, we have to look at history to understand the potential fallout. In this episode, drawing on my own experience in Panama shortly after Operation Just Cause and the removal of Noriega, I analyze the nuance of U.S. intervention in Latin America, specifically how local populations often feel about it. From the Colombian coast near the Venezuelan border, I discuss the baggage the U.S. carries in the region, the reality of life for regular citizens caught in the crossfire, and why the true test of this event isn't the removal of the leader, but the stability (or lack thereof) that follows.

  • Here is what you are ALL getting wrong about this shooting in Minnesota
The fatal shooting of Renee Good by an ICE officer was instantly transformed into two opposing political myths: villain or martyr. But the real danger may be how quickly we choose a story instead of demanding truth. In this video, I examine what is known, what remains uncertain, and how narrative thinking replaces critical thinking in moments of crisis. More importantly, we look beyond this single case to documented examples of U.S. citizens who were detained, assaulted, or disappeared without warrants under immigration enforcement. These are not isolated mistakes and they are not happening to foreigners. They are happening to Americans. The question is no longer just what happened to Renee Good, but whether our civil liberties still exist in practice, and what happens when it becomes your turn.

  • Maduro is out of Venezuela. Now what?
Recording from Barrancabermeja, Colombia, home to the country’s largest oil refinery, I analyze what Nicolás Maduro’s removal really means for Venezuela and the region. While Maduro is out, the same power structure remains in Caracas: military generals, political insiders, and the networks that have sustained the regime for years. Removing a man is not the same as removing a system, and so far, Venezuela’s system remains firmly in place.

I also examine why Guyana quietly benefits from Maduro’s exit, the reality behind Venezuela’s oil narrative, and why I doubt the U.S. is after the petroleum itself.

  • Why Real Conservatives Are Fleeing the Heritage Foundation
The Heritage Foundation, once the intellectual backbone of American conservatism, is now in open revolt. In this episode, I unpack how Heritage shifted from free markets, rule of law, and internal debate to becoming a MAGA cheerleader. Longtime scholars are walking out; let's explore what this says about intellectual honesty, political tribalism, and the collapse of real conservatism in America.

  • Addicted to taxes! Chicago government dead set on noxious new taxes
On this episode, Loren Moss dives into Chicago’s over a billion budget gap and Mayor Brandon Johnson’s proposed “head tax,” which would charge businesses $33 per employee each month. We examine what this policy means for prices, jobs, housing, and Chicago’s long-term future. Is this smart governance, or the first step toward a decline like similar cities before it?

  • Trump is bombing boaters. Are you ok with it?
On September 2nd, the U.S. forces launched a strike at a suspected drug smuggling boat near Trinidad, leaving 11 people dead. In this episode, Loren Moss analyzes the controversial decision to engage a non-combatant vessel with lethal force, and asks the hard questions: Without due process, trials, or immediate threats to U.S. soil, do these actions constitute extrajudicial killings? And what dangerous precedents does this set for us as a country?
