Yikes - I don't know how the elderly have this surgery and go play bingo! I barley could see to walk. 

But everyday its getting better and I hope after 45 days things will finally slow down. Stay tuned for future results.

I was listening to Brendon Burchard's daily fire on Growth Day this morning and it really hit home. He spoke about what the real sacrifices are in life. This is what I just talked to one of my clients about this week. 

We need to sacrifice things for us to grow.  100% TRUTH!  Yes we need to shelf things or take uncomfortable actions but in the long run - it's worth it!

I find people are "so busy" or "i'll get to it later."   What?!?! Welcome Back Babe 👋🏻  Life throws everything at us, some good and some not so good.

My husband always said the the light at the end of the tunnel opens up to a beautiful scene - but I said, It was the light from the oncoming train. 

• Can you see the different mindsets? 

After some soul searching, deep diving and lots of therapy sessions I learned that i'm still a work on progress & i'm doing an amazing job. Everyone's dream looks very different and out progress never is the same - so stop comparing yourself to others. 

2023 was about more confidence, embracing my sassy and sexier self because I deserve it. The journey has been tough and others needs to see that with hard work - you too can achieve your goals.  Be that lighthouse of hope ❤️

Relationships are a funny things - either we have one, want one, or just exited one, right? Now a days it's hard to find a long term partner but easy to find someone for have "fun with."  But as the years fly by, we find out we desire more in relationships - all our our relationships!

Welcome Back Babe 👋🏻  So my birthday is coming up and for me it's just another day. 

My family gets so mad at me because I really and not so big on birthdays. My birthday always meant going back to school and receiving sh*tting school presents like school supplies and clothing. You know what everyone gets anyways... Yeah a trapper keeper! 

So now being married, Geo tries to make it special and we like to travel around my birthday. But for some reason this year I've got a zillion things to do before we leave.

I know things will all work out but right now - my head is swirling. Who can relate?
