Here are a few GREAT ways to help you (re)build positive self image:

• Say no to your inner critic 
• Take a self-image inventory
• Confront thinking distortions
• Don't compare yourself to others
• Spend time with those who support your
• Dress in clothes that make you feel good

Rebuilding self-image is not easy, but possible. By following these tips in this podcast, you can start to develop a more positive and healthy view of yourself.

When is the last time you checked in with yourself to see how amazing you are?

Well this week I spoke to my ladies about Self Image Inventory! Yes, who knew we had to do such a thing.  This something I haven't done is a very long time and I surprised me!

Take a self-image inventory

• Make a list of your positive qualities, such as your strengths, skills, talents, achievements, or personality traits. 
• Ask your significant other, trusted friends or family members to describe your positive qualities about you. 
• These traits will help you recognize and appreciate your value and potential.

Yeah no one wants to do the inner work and really take a good look...

It's not until you really do the inner work or as my therapist once called it "the shadow work." It's going super deep into who who we really are to get the answers.

I love working with my clients on self image because there are so many sides to the story. There is the emotional side, physical side and mental side and even the spiritual side of who we are.... and who we "play" in public.

When the lightbulb goes off and you have the moment of clarity...

I have always been a person that keeps a "schedule" and follows it to a T.  But I have noticed over the past few years that I get super disappointed in myself when I don't accomplish the tasks I set out to do.

Why? Maybe I'm too hard on myself or I have high expectations.

Well I decided that I was going to try something new starting in August! It's all about living move in balance with my tasks, self care and time management!

Welcome Back Friends  🙌🏻  When your dad calls and says he wants to talk!

So I was at the gym, killing it, sweaty was all hell and my dad calls... I hit it to voicemail and then thought "oh sh*t, there could be something wrong."

I called back and i'm panting like a dog in the 90 degree heat and ask him if he is ok. He said he had a back surgery follow up and want to review the doctors notes with me over breakfast.  I told him that I was "at the gym and I'll call him later for the updates."

2 MINUTES LATER....  guess who had the time of her life with her father at a local diner 😀  These moment are becoming fewer as my dad gets older (he is 80) and I want to soak up every moment together. #daddysgirl

Welcome Back Friends  🙌🏻  Who is Jennie and What does she do? 

It's been a whirlwind over here and I know I've been a little quiet on social media about what's going on.  But with the new transition into my business full time, it's been scary AF but exciting. 

Trying to see how I can serve my community the best way I can but not lose my sense of self is what I'm trying to balance.  I see so many coaching wear a mask when they coach and are fully exhausted after a coaching call because they have to pretend to be someone else.  

Babe, that's not me - that's not my vibe.  What you see is what you get. I'm excited to share more of my sassy & spicy side - pull no punches and show you the daily sh*t that happens. Life is hard, but we don't have to go through it alone. 

I absolute LOVE private coaching because this is where I thrive the most! This is where I shine and use all the magic to help clients realize their potential and aware of negative patterns as well. Growth happens when you take the leap - stop trying to do it alone.
