Welcome Back 🙌🏻  How I'm feeling after attending UPW for the 7th time!

That's right - I've attend UPW around 7x. But this time I was supported the Unleash Her Power Within (UHPW) community as a senior mentor. 

This time everything landed differently. Watching other women (and men) go through these 4 days was the most magical experience ever.  I've been immersed in these events as a participant but this time to watch people grow right in front of your eyes is powerful!  This is what it's like to be a coach - watching the magic unfold... LIVE!

UPW always changes me as a person and I become even more full of gratitude and zero in on my vision! I love these events and to attend them with friends is such a blast. 

It's always nice to be in tune with my 7 year old & 77 year old in life! They are both so wise and continue to teach me so many lessons. When you attend events with UHPW & UPW - they really tug on your heart strings and push you to level up.

Welcome Back 🙌🏻  Wow, this topic has been weighing on my heart for a few weeks!

For the last few weeks, I have been feeling this crushing sense of comparison-itis and it sucked! It wasn't until I took a look within my own heart and realized that I needed to stop comparing my journey to someone else's journey. 

When we start comparing ourselves to others 2 things start to happen:

• Judgement
• Gratitude

Welcome Back 🙌🏻  I was a hot mess this week & I'll be the first to admit it.

Dear lord what a mess I was this week - I even forgot to recored my podcast! But that's ok, learning how to have grace and gratitude for myself during these moments feels so good! Thanks to my amazing friends who recognize some warning sign and stop me before things spiral out of control. 

Normally I would be so mad at myself for not "doing it all" but I've learned that not everything needs to be done right not and right away. Even though I still try go get as much goodness into my days, sometimes thats not always the best.

Remember - fill you jar up with all the magic for you first before you can serve others. Your wellness needs to come first.

Over the past few days I took a mini Holiday away to Georgia! What a blast to see new things, meet new people and go to the Aquarium.

I'm learning in life that we need to add more play, more fun and more enjoyment.  Life is hard as it is and we put WAY to much pressure on ourselves to be "perfect."
