Welcome back  👋🏻  It's time to get down to "business" - literally

Well you all know how much I love Tony Robbins and have been following his teachings since I was 14. But this past week, I attended Business Mastery to put me in a better mindspace for my business coming into 2023.

I learned so many amazing things like beefing up my email list (click here to be added) and ways to pivot post covid.
 
I also learned about the importance of passion & purpose and how to blend them together in a business! This is the big reveal coming into 2023. But also if something doesn't serve me to let it go - even if its employees, providers, friends, or clients!

One of the biggest questions we talked about is.... What do you do? I was able to come up with this sweet statement to describe what I do:

• Do you know people who lack clarity and are unable to achieve their goals? Well I have a solution! I created a customized roadmap called “Mission Plans.” So people can reach their potential faster and improve your life's quality.

Welcome to 2023  👋🏻  It's time to get started!

2023 is fresh start, a new year and a complete new me. I've talked about this for months but it's my time to be selfish, because I deserve it.

Moving forward and really understanding my goals has been such a win for me. Where I'm taking my business, what i'm doing with my health, how im changing my fitness level and how im building new relationships.

2023 is bring new and exciting things and i'm looking forwards to all the benefits to my hard work.

Welcome to 2023  👋🏻  It's time to get started!

Wow, can you believe it's the New Year? I have been so excited to start the year off fresh and leave all the bad vibes in the past.  To be honest I had to do a lot of personal work on me and most of December working on my own mental health. It felt good, hard to process, but good.

Overall - things are moving in the right direction and i'm excited to see what 2023 brings!

Hey Babe 👋🏻  Welcome back and enjoy this episode of me saying WTF a lot.

can you imagine getting a phone call saying "Jenna (that's what my dad calls me) I'm having surgery on my spine to help with my walking. WTF? DAD! 

Yeah, welcome to the sh*t show! 🤣 2022 really like to have fun with me.  But apparently my dad was not happy with the way he was walking and decided to take the matters into his own hands. First of all, I admire him for doing this, but a little heads up would have been nice!

But dad had surgery and it was a little more "intense" than the doctor though cause him the inability to walk afterwards. WTF, right? So now my father who was coming home after a "simple surgery" has been staying in the hospital, using a walker and can barely walk.  2022, i'm over you. 

Then this morning (Thursday as Im writing this) he calls and says, I' being discharged this morning. Dad, there is a blizzard going on at the current moment and everything is shutdown. I'll get there as soon as I can. 

**enter serenity prayer here**

All I can say is what challenges is makes us stronger, right?

Hey Babe 👋🏻  Welcome back and this is my Date with Destiny Hangover Chat!

Just wow - you can even hear it in my voice that i'm mentally & emotionally exhausted. Date with Destiny was ABSOLUTELY worth the 14 hours days, all the tears, the non stop dancing and all the laughter with friends... and I would do it again in a heartbeat! 

I love programs that break you down to the raw pieces of you and help build you back up into the powerful bada$$ you were created to be.  Life is about moving forward and not looking in the rearview mirror. 

I learned a lot, cried even more and built up myself even stronger! I'm ready for the next chapter of my life and i'm excited to show you what it looks like.

After a long year of taking care of everyone else, it's my turn! I'm so excited to start back on my fitness routine and kick it up a notch during my off season from cycling .

Fitness has always been a struggle for me, until I found something I love - cycling and lifting.  It's all about how I can transform my body and push myself to do crazy things.

Now at 45, it's my time to show myself that age is just a number and my physical potential is limitless.
