Hey girl 👋🏻 It's Jennie, Your Personal Growth Coach, and it's time to LEVEL UP!

When your coach messages you and says "Hey babe, you're not well - we need to talk." Whoa...

She was 100% correct.  I was trying SO HARD to push past my emotional and physical limits to make sure everyone around me was "covered" that I forgot to care about me.  I lost myself in the process, I lost the vision I was creating, I lost my purpose, my passion, myself!

It wasn't until a well needed holiday away with my husband, I realized that I need to take more time for me. That the business, my mom and other external worries could wait until I was back on track.

To be honest, in a few weeks of mental reprogramming - I felt like a different person. I created better boundaries, scheduled a better work-life balance, lost 14 pounds, I created a better mental space around myself, my body feels at peace and the business is thriving! It's funny how that all works. Once you focus on the true things that matter - everything else falls into place.

When we stop pushing and RELEASE - that's where the magic unfolds.

George and I are back from holiday and what an amazing time we had! We were able to explore all around Utah - plus a few days in Vegas to see the Flamingos!

But now back in the East Coast, I'm feeling refreshed, and super excited to reach more people with my coaching.

Lifestyle Recharge was something I never really thought about... until someone said "Well you charge your phone each night don't you - why not yourself?"

Interesting! So true - we have cars, watches, phones and other electronics that we charge on a daily basis and we don't take the time to charge ourselves!

Here are 4 simple ways you can recharge yourself:
1) Create healthy habits & routines
2) Stress management 
3) Step up our health & wellness
4) Time block our schedule

These things all see simple but you know what - do we really do them with consistency? Everything takes time and we are here to be a work in progress - keep up the good work.

Hey girl 👋🏻  It's Jennie, Your Personal Growth Coach and it's your year to LEVEL UP!

It's been almost 2 weeks on my new health & wellness journey and.... I'm still alive!  No lie, shits hard - but I'm doing it. Thanks for everyone for all the amazing support about insulin resistance, medications and food suggestions. I love you all. 

But this wellness journey really made me look inward to make sure i'm LEVELING UP with you! 

So I signed up for UHPW and UPW.  It's a 10 week program lead by the famous Karissa Kouchis (KK) and this program leads up to Tony Robbins UPW in March.  SO EXCITED

Sometimes we need to check ourselves and make sure we are LEVEL UP as well.

SISTERHOOD is killing it and I can't wait to see how the new "BOOK CLUB" unfolds in the membership.  If you're interested in a women's mastermind - check it out!

Holy Sh!t what is going on with my body right now...

Over the holiday break I had lab work done because I wasn't feeling the best. Not covid, just like my body wasn't loving life. I know i'm 44 and "reaching an age..." 

I knew for years that I had this insulin issue, but it's not going away with diet and exercise.  Well, since my mother recent Pancreatic Cancer diagnosis (which IR and PC have nothing to do with each other) I wanted to get to the bottom of my IR issue AND FAST!  

Always remember the decision we do today, we will thank ourselves in 20 years. So I hope this helps the one person out there that needs to hear this. Reach out, lets chat - dear lord we all could use the support, right!
