Pat Martin breaks some big news in this episode and conducts an interview with a special "guest." 

In this episode, Chris and Pat break down one of the most important fundamentals and something we all teach our children to do when they are very young. Perhaps we should be more conscious of what and how we are teaching it/modeling it. 

Pat and Chris interview special guest, Brody Rodgers, offensive lineman for the Ohio University Bobcats football team, entering his redshirt senior year in 2021. Brody has a really great story that we would encourage all high school athletes and parents of high school athletes to listen closely to. It is a story of persistence, pivoting, dedication, patience, and work ethic. We believe you are going to not only enjoy this conversation, but also gain a wealth of helpful information. 

The fellas bring in the new year with discussions on a variety of topics. We even considered titling this episode: Tangents! I guess we just had so much to say and so little time in which to say it.
