In this episode, Chris and Pat talk about perhaps the most important thing to consider, not just for young athletes, but for all of us. They even call up a special guest to ask him to weigh in on the topic and how he has changed his mindset. 

In this episode, we discuss a very important rule to put into practice: the "not two in a row rule." Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone makes errors. Everyone screws up a plan... skips a day in the workout routine... but the best have learned to not allow two in a row. 

It's not something that you can just hope will happen. It's a skill, and you have to practice it. 

But how? 

That's what we'll seek to learn today. 

In the realm of sports as well as in other areas of life, you may experience someone look at another person and say of them, "He has the IT factor." 

What does that mean? We all know that some just perform better than others, and sometimes it's hard to explain why.
