Tracey is a Certified Transformational Life Coach behind Positive Minds Africa. She's also a Communication Coach with Dynamic Voice Company and a qualified Communication expert who’s worked with multi-national companies for over 12 years. Her purpose on this earth is to help her clients communicate with ease and confidence, build healthy relationships and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Yumna is a qualified coaching professional dedicated to helping women fall in love with themselves and create abundance, so they can live a life of authenticity and independence. 

She draws on her experience as a coach, mentor, leader, manager, business owner, mother and partner to provide a safe and supportive space for her clients.  

Over and above her qualifications, her values of authenticity, faith, love, confidence, and leadership, forms the backbone of her practice. 

She is a registered coach at COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and abide to their ethical standards.

After matriculating, Yule graduated with a BA (Industrial Psychology & Psychology) and later Advanced Diploma in Labour Law both obtained from the Randse Afrikaanse Universiteit (Currently, University of Johannesburg). I later graduated with the Advanced Programme in Organisational Development from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and last year during his career sabbatical he actively pursued coaching and completed both the Certificate in Neuroscience Coaching from University of Pretoria and the Associate Coaching Course (Coaching for Development) from UCT Graduate School of Business, the Centre for Coaching in partnership with New Ventures West in the USA.

In this season I'll be speaking with coaches who are in the pioneering stage of their practices.

Natalie was previously Director of The Leadership Development Centre at Wits Business School. She developed and designed the curriculum for a Masters in Management in Business and Executive Coaching. Furthermore, she set up a Coaching Supervision Certificate and Business Executive Coaching Certificate. Natalie also headed up all the coaching in support of Leadership Development Programmes at Wits.She is currently a lecturer at the University of Manchester.

Elona is currently a PhD Candidate at WITS Business School, with a focus on Business Coaching and Entrepreneurship. She is a lead in the Masters in Management Business and Executive Coaching progam at the Wits Business School. She holds a Masters degree in International Business Management from Liverpool University, and an Advanced Diploma in Life, Executive and Business Coaching. Elona’s qualifications are paired with over 15 years of developing and supporting business executives, senior managers and entrepreneurs across all business sectors. In all her partnerships, Elona has been a change driver, providing customized coaching services that led to changed behaviour and resulted in inspired leadership and exceptional organizational growth. In addition to coaching, Elona also provides workshops and strategy sessions to align high-performance teams leading to individual and business growth.

Dr Jabulile Msimango-Galawe "DrJ" (Known as DrJ): She is the program director of the MM – Business and Executive Coaching at the Wits Business School. She is also a lecturer lecturing Entrepreneurship, Business Acumen, Research theory and design and Decision Science in the MMENVC and MMBEC programs amongst others.

Dr Nicky Terblanche’s areas of expertise include career transitions, transformational coaching, behavioural change, systems thinking, complexity theory and IT software development. He holds a PhD and MPhil in Management Coaching (cum laude) from USB. He is also involved in software development for various companies and he has his own coaching practice focusing on senior executives.
