In today's episode, I had Tara Garrison interview... ME!
Tara reached out to me earlier this week with the idea of having me share about my own personal health and fitness journey. How I went from a very traditional "bro mentality" as she likes to call it, to shifting my mind towards balance and internal health.
I believe this is a message that NEEDS to be shared within the health and fitness space. So many people struggle with their relationship to food, and never feeling in control of what they put into their bodies.
Tara and myself combine over a decade of coaching and working with clients to share some of our thoughts and best tips as to how you can find balance and overcome the anxiety and struggles that so many people have around food.
