Angel Onuoha just recently finished his sophomore year at Harvard University. Only 20, Angel's already pioneering a way for black undergrads to break down the racial barrier in Wall Street through his hedge fund non-profit org BLK Capital Management.

I caught up with Angel to discuss why he felt called to start a hedge fund and how his organization is hoping to bridge the gap for black undergrads pursuing careers in finance.
