The Comfort Feed

Chefs all over the world have had to cope with the collapse of the restaurant and hospitality industry. But not many of them pulled down the shutters the day the review of their career landed. We talk to Dublin chef Cúán Greene about a life in food and post-pandemic. Juliana’s Mom gives us her chocolate cake recipe and Despatches from the Field gets down and dairy.

Juliana and Catherine Skype call at a safe distance to try to figure out the lie of this new land we're all in. We travel back to pre-Pandemic days for an interview with chef Domini Kemp. Saro Scuto, a Sicilian living in Ireland cooks up a delicious pasta dish for our Pandemic Pantry (You can take the boy out of Sicily but you can't take ...). We have comedy by Jason Flynn with music by Ross Hannon.
