This week Jamie is joined by colour commentator Blake Robinson as we review 2 much-anticipated movie releases.

First up we review Halloween Ends, the final entry into the rebooted Halloween trilogy, which began in 2018 & continued in 2021 with Halloween Kills.

Set four years after her last encounter with masked killer Michael Myers, Laurie Strode is living with her granddaughter & trying to finish her memoir. Myers hasn't been seen since Halloween Kills, & Laurie has finally decided to liberate herself from rage & fear as she tries to embrace life. However, when a young man is accused of murdering a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence & terror. Forcing Laurie to confront the evil she can't control.

To close out the episode we review Blonde, a 2022 fictional take on the life & career of Marilyn Monroe now streaming on Netflix.

Blonde is an incredibly artistic & creative portrayal of the life of Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe, but is its long-run time worth your time investment?

This week Jamie is bringing you a special solo episode.

In today’s episode, Jamie will be reviewing Entergalactic, which he feels is the best-animated film since Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.

Enterglactic is an animated romantic comedy movie created by musician/actor Kid Cudi. The film, which acts as a companion piece to his album of the same name, premiered on Netflix on Sept 30.

Following that review he’ll also be discussing the latest sports docu-series to hit streaming services, Welcome To Wrexham.

Welcome To Wrexham is an American sports docu-series that follows the Welsh football club, Wrexham AFC after they are purchased by Ryan Reynolds & Rob McElhenney.

This week Jamie is joined by guest colour commentator Corrina Mabey as we're getting into the spirit of Halloween with our review & comparison of Hocus Pocus & Hocus Pocus 2.

During this episode we chat about the cult classic that is 1993's Hocus Pocus starring Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker & Kathy Najimy. In this original film follows a curious youngster after he moves to Salem & struggles to fit in before awakening a trio of diabolical witches that were executed in the 17th century.

We then compare that film to the 2022 Disney+ exclusive sequel which reinvents the tale of three witches for a modern audience. In this new film we follow three young women who accidentally bring back the Sanderson Sisters to modern day Salem. The youngsters must then figure out how to stop the child-hungry witches from wreaking havoc on the world.
