relational resilience through the development of strategic communication competencies that increase personal leadership capacities. Drawing from both theoretical and practical examples, the podcast offers training in interpersonal, intrapersonal, organizational, and familial communication--all in a friendly, upbeat, and personal style. Dr. Lisa has written several books on organizational and interpersonal communication, and she has been recognized by the City of San Francisco and the State of California for her work as an educator. She holds a Master's degree in Communication, a Master's degree in Organizational Systems, and a Ph.D. in Human Development.
