When someone doesn’t reply, or takes space, or just shuts down it’s easy to fill that quiet with fear. In this episode, I’m unpacking what silence can really mean, and why it’s not always rejection.

Sometimes, silence is someone’s way of protecting themselves or simply needing a pause. I’ll share how I’ve learned to stop assuming the worst, how to find peace when people go quiet, and how trust and patience can turn those uncomfortable gaps into something gentler.
