The Compassion Initiative: Just Two Guys in Brisbane talking Compassion. www.thecompassioninitiative.com.au

In our latest episode Stan and James have a casual discussion about how compassion might relate to ethics, sympathy and empathy. This was recorded live in front of the Science of Compassion course at UQ.

Today we discussed whether compassion interventions are helpful, as well as whether it is possible to be high in self-compassion and low in compassion for others. We recorded this podcast in front of our Science of Compassion Class at the School of Psychology at The University of Queensland.

This was a podcast done during our 4th year course "Science of Compassion." We discuss how to measure compassion and compassion in children.
