Geared for Life: Making the Shift Into Your Full Potential

"Once we understand what gears are available to us in life and when to shift into them, we avoid becoming stuck. Instead, we keep momentum. The secret to getting to the finish line is momentum, not some hidden formula for success reserved for people of a certain background, creed, or color. If you're overly focused on the finish line where you hope your dreams await you, but don't know how or when to shift along the way, you might quickly become frustrated, defeated, and stuck. The core of this book is a collection of my seven gears—my personal foundational truths—that have propelled me around and over obstacles thrown in my path that threatened to prevent me from reaching my finish line."
