Brief description about the characters from my play about Complex PTSD. Thought it would be interesting to share.

Later today I will read to you the character descriptions from the play I wrote and co-produced a few years ago. It's a coming-of-age story for adults, about how one of them develops Complex PTSD, while their sibling gets stuck in abuse.

How growing up in a hoarding home is a perfect example of where Complex PTSD can develop in a youth. Also, tips on why it's important to diversify your support groups.

Recent stressors that I needed to organize and how this helps. Also I figured out some things about the podcast system that I wanted to clarify.

Cut costs today, moving my way to financial freedom. I point out how neglect can carry into adulthood and finances is a big part of that. I also talk about a few shows, since I cut some cable channels. I particularly mention what I think the Sopranos ending is about, most people don't mention Tony's dad, who's a ghost, sitting at the counter.

Something good actually did come out of a situation that annoyed me, and I explain some of my own family history and mental health background.

Recent developments that have annoyed me, and why it's good to view them as a blessing in disguise and not something bad. Also important to have a sense of humor.

A few guilty pleasures I haven't engaged with in the past few weeks, thank goodness. Also a quick reminder of my 4 Rules to Life, and keeping a calendar for activities and reminders to eat healthy. I report back on my last experimental meal for this month, and I mention a guy who reminds me of myself...are we being to critical when we try to figure out our own issues?

Background on why alcohol played a negative role in my upbringing and how it relates to the "Event" that I've discussed on here before. I adjusted the eggnog recipe and it's perfect now.
