Just wanted to share an article I came across about Complex PTSD and I just finished the first episode of The Crown and wanted to give my own tiny critique.

I bring up how I think that commitment issues related to intimate relationships can be very similar to the struggle to commit to total abstinence of alcohol. I think, for myself, I may have found a solution in regards to maintaining a functional relationship with alcohol, by using it for recipes. I have a plan for this.

I am finally able to get back to my in-person support group and I wanted to share why it helps.
