The Confidence Academy Podcast

I was scrolling Facebook the other day and I found a video that Courtney Tillia had posted of her working out in the gym RIGHT next to J.Lo herself!!  Yup!  THE Jennifer Lopez!  Now...you would assume that anyone who frequents the same gym as J.Lo is probably doing alright for themselves...and you'd be right!  But just 20 months prior to that Courtney and her husband Nick found themselves broke and homeless...

Here, they share their story of passion, love, survival and the power of stepping fully into purpose to create the very best life you possibly can!

"Admitting to myself that anxiety is what I was experiencing felt so oddly difficult. And once I realized it, it made me wonder why was this hard for me to recognize in myself? I eventually realized it was my own stigma and limited perception of how anxiety manifests. I would blow it off as overthinking or analysis paralysis, and while it was that, I started to realize that what felt normal to me didn’t have to continue to be normal for me."

I was thrilled to sit down and have this conversation with Michala Leyland who is an Energy and Performance Coach.

We talk all about energy in all it's forms.  The importance of conserving your own energy and taking care of yourself - something that is particularly relevant to the light-workers of the world as we all tend to be massive people pleasers - to knowing when the energy of another person or situation is off and being able to walk away from that.
