October is known for many things including Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. Many families grieve in silence over the loss of a baby. Perhaps it’s because they want to shelter their feelings in effort to protect themselves or maybe because they feel shame. It’s hard to say unless you are going through it. Because of this we wanted to bring awareness and invited our friend Rocio Vargas to share her story with us. We must disclose that this episode does cover a very sensitive topic and we understand if it may be hard to listen to. We encourage you to listen with an open heart and mind.
We share our struggles, our disregard and our obsession around weight and we hope that someone out there knows that they are not alone in this. Take a listen to this episode and let’s start to change our mindset.
