Not only have we both experienced mental concerns, but we have both helped family & friends cope with similar concerns. Mental health is not a joke. It's not meant to be taken lightly. How have they recovered.  Veronica is a work at home mother who home schools her 6 kids ages 2 to 13.  She’s been married to her wonderful husband for 13 yrs and she is also a runner. Jaime is a blogger/corporate hustler and momma to Callie a lower limb amputee. Her and her husband James have ben married for 11 years.

We want to thank both Jaime and Veronica for being so open and real with us.  We admire you both for your transparency and we are happy we were able to connect with other like-minded mommas like you!

Sometimes as mothers we don't give ourselves the credit we deserve. In this episode we will discuss motherhood and the struggles that we face when it comes to being confident in our role. 

We are discussing how body image affects your confidence. Does your culture influence you? Is it a social media issue?  What does a positive body image look like? Although Christina and Stephanie experienced much different pregnancies, we will dive a little deeper into our lives and share some very intimate details. We are talking about how our pregnancy may have  affected our confidence.
