Part of Paul's prayer for the church in Ephesians 3:16 (NLT) was, "I pray that from His glorious, unlimited resources He will empower you with inner strength through His Spirit." God has glorious, unlimited resources available for us right now! As Christians we must learn how to tap into these resources and bring them from heaven to earth. The primary way that we do this is by learning and taking hold of the promises that are in the Bible. This Sunday, Pastor TJ will share three things that we must know about the promises of God so that we can take hold of these promises and receive them into our lives.

Many people ask the question, "How do I know God's will for my life?" Get this: God wants you to understand His plan for your life. He doesn't want you to live in confusion, or get off track from His will. He wants to reveal His will for your life so that you can be stronger and live a life that makes a difference here on earth. Spiritual growth doesn't "just happen" in our lives, or come to us instantly. We must be in constant pursuit of God, and learn His ways to grow strong. Paul said in Galations 3:28 that, "...you are all one in Christ Jesus." Oneness is defined as being unified despite having two or more parts. In order for the church to be unified, we must love, honor, and be devoted to one another. Miracles! Everyone would love to see a miracle, or better yet experience a miracle in their own lives. What kind of faith does it take for a miracle? You may be surprised.

Faith is more about receiving than doing. When we relax and receive God's promises, the end result of faith is realized. Faith will always bring a brighter future.
