Together we have arrived at a really wonderful and special milestone… for today we are celebrating the beautiful 30th episode of the podcast!! And later this month I will also be celebrating my 3rd Business Birthday!! 🍰 🎉✨

Much like the creative process writing my poetry collection "Once Were Wounds" served as my private haven and sanctuary of soul sustenance… my business has been a beautiful and nourishing safe harbour for me over the past three years; my vessel for sacred self expression and storytelling.

There are many famous fables and myths surrounding the creative process… and perhaps one of the most timeless is that structure stifles, blocks and restricts our creative flow. Is this something you too have heard or come to believe in yourself?

Well within this episode I am going to be debunking and demystifying this very myth… beginning by exploring what the common misconceptions are when it comes to the relationship between structure and creative flow. I will then be bringing some light and truth to what structure actually looks like and should feel like when we’re inviting it into our creative process.
