Everything on this earth is decaying. Our bodies slow down, the car starts to rust, and the treasures you store in the attic collect dust. Nothing on this earth was made to last, and none of it will. And ultimately, that’s one of the consequences of sin entering our world. This narrative of death and decay isn’t the end of the story though. There is hope and redemption through Jesus! Although the things of this earth will surely pass away, your soul will not. Your soul was meant for eternity.
