If you're a medium out there, a developing medium, or even just someone wondering how mediumship works, I wanted to share three different examples of some of the work I’m blessed to be able to do. These are clips from our live readings captured during a group reading. Basically, what happens in a group reading is we all get together on Zoom. Then I just throw evidence out and then when it resonates with them, they will claim their loved one in spirit or claim that the evidence coming through does pertain to their life.
Disclaimer: All of my clients you'll be hearing today have given me permission to share their particular readings.

Were there challenging or painful situations in your life when you felt like things could totally change if only you had this superpower? Now, what if there was actually a way for you to find out what your superpower is? And if you do, are you going to use it? How are you going to use it?
You’ve probably come across and taken different personality tests like the Myers-Brigg test or the enneagram that’s gaining popularity nowadays. But there’s another personality test that allows you to go into a deeper level so you can discover your superpower. It’s called the Human Design System.
In this episode, my dear friend and Human Design expert Korynn Elliott explains to us how it works and how you can use it to your own benefit in terms of your decisions, your relationships, how your mind aligns with your spirit, and just having a better understanding of your life in general. Ultimately, you’ll realize how suddenly it all makes sense!

Have you ever heard about spiritual or psychic burnout? In this episode, I talk about how to recognize the signs of spiritual or psychic burnout, how to keep it from happening, and how to come back from it if you have gone through it.
Sometimes, you might get too busy that you skip the self-care necessary to keep your chakras balanced and your physical body grounded, and this leads to burnout. If you want to be a clear channel for others and you want to be able to give 100% to all your clients, then it's more important than ever, to keep yourself as far away from burnout as you possibly can. So how do you protect yourself from experiencing it? And how do you come back from it?

How do you know you’re really connecting with Spirit? How do you know they’re your Spirit guides nudging you and that you’re really not crazy? Join me today as I’m having this beautiful conversation with artist, intuitive, medium, and mentor Nicole Linde.
Nicole’s experience with her father’s passing was a true catalyst in her spiritual growth. It was when she went to a person who called themselves an intuitive clairvoyant to connect with her father and was told he was ‘stuck’ that something didn’t feel right to her. This drove her to work on her own gifts so she could get to the truth of the matter.
Spirit uses our life struggles and journey to present information to our clients. You don’t need to be perfect to be able to connect as a medium. It’s a practice and a commitment to self-development and healing. There is absolutely nothing cookie cutter or easy about this journey or studying to do mediumship full-time.
Get to know more about Nicole’s journey through self-awareness and development!

Alex Tolan is a Reiki Master from Maryland. Growing up in a service industry located in a resort town, she was used to living a life of continuous cycle where a lot of people find themselves getting trapped. For Alex, money wasn’t an issue – yet she felt there was something more for her.
Alex chose to go down this creative path, earning herself a painting degree and getting into jewelry-making as she loves working with her hands.
Beyond her creativity, Alex has always been highly intuitive as a young child. But it wasn't until January 2019 that she felt she was being pulled into something more. She didn't know what it was but she knew she had to find out how to get more inner peace.
By June 2019, she made the decision to begin her Reiki journey. And I am honored to witness and be a part of her growth.
Today, we talk about mentorship, connecting with Spirit, and the beautiful spirit circle that we’ve created out of this journey as we continue to lay the foundations of learning and honor each other’s strengths.

In this episode, Lauren Beard shares with us her experience in having a one-on-one reading with me and we talk about what we covered in her reading.
Lauren came in with little expectations. She only wanted to hear from the other side – her grandfathers, specifically. But what she had gotten from it was actually more than that. It was profound. It was life-changing – not only for her and her family – but also for me, having witnessed the amount of love inside their home. There was so much openness in their hearts that paved the way for healing to take place.
If you’ve never done any reading before, this can blow your mind. You see, you have this connection with your loved ones who parted. They know what's going on in your life today. And I hope you feel them around you.

Constantly finding yourself stuck in a pattern?
Whether you’re dealing with inner child issues, low self-worth, money issues, a pattern of toxic relationships, physical pain, perfectionism, or whatever it is, there is something you can do to get out of that hamster wheel.
It’s called shadow work.
Shadow work is the art of transmitting or transforming through healing some of those painful parts of ourselves that sometimes are so deep that they live in our subconscious minds.
When we face those suppressed parts of us, it's for the purpose of living a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
Taking the steps to do the shadow work will definitely take some strength and complete commitment to your self-care and your self-worth. But at the end of this beautiful process is a totally different outcome that has been healed and transmuted.

Recently, I posted on my social media accounts asking people what question they’d likely be asking me if they could spend 15 minutes with me.
In this episode, I’m answering some of those. I actually got a grab bag of questions around mediumship, connecting with their loved ones, and some stuff about how I work and balance my time as well.

This episode is Part 2 of making connections on what you may need to be healed within your relationships.
Last week, I shared about my relationships with my paternal grandmother who became a mother figure to me. But I had always felt that she put her son and the importance of what others thought before our relationship. Then my relationship with my biological mother made me feel separate from others at a very young age.
After experiencing the trauma from my biological parents, it brought up some triggers that affected my relationships with other people, including my adoptive parents.
It was a cycle.
I was living mostly in fear and through that emotion, I felt disconnected. I felt very much alone in my experience and it was potentially what blocked me from having a true connection with others – and the source of love.
I failed to look at things through the lens of love.
Today, I talk about my unique relationship with my adoptive parents, how I repeatedly saw patterns of fear, rejection, separation, and self-blame, and how communication ultimately brought us back to each other and allowed healing to take place.
