Do you ever wonder why it’s so difficult to hit your goals? Whether that’s losing weight, saving money, or whatever it is you want to achieve – why does it seem like it’s such a constant struggle?
Today, I’m bringing in Stephanie Wirth who works for the PA Department of Revenue as an internal control analyst, and one of her main functions is focused around leadership development.
We talk about the power of working within your strengths to help you align with your values and your purpose. Once you honor your values and strengths, everything just becomes clear to you. And when you have clarity, your goals become attainable.
From a leadership perspective, identifying your individual strengths makes you more productive. And when you know each other’s strengths, the team becomes more effective, creating this beautiful synergy.
We also talk about the value of mentorship and how tapping into the right tools can harness self-awareness and foster growth. Sometimes, it takes someone to see something in you (that you probably don't realize you have it in you) for you to come forward. And it takes awareness for you to realize they’re actually leaving you a breadcrumb trail that leads to finding yourself and finding your purpose.

The road to mediumship is not a straight path. We may question our connection with Spirit, especially when the messages we get are unclear or sometimes the connection has slowed down because we feel so stressed and there’s just too much distraction and mind chatter. There are also times we could be doubting ourselves about the message we’re receiving, unsure if it really comes from Spirit or is it just ourselves?
In this episode, I'm happy to answer mediumship development questions to help you fearlessly show up every day as you’re working on your spiritual and personal growth – which is what mediumship is all about.
Part of why I offer mentorship is to let people know they’re supported as well as to help them find that place of peace. When you start to really work on yourself to clear up the things that are holding you back, you begin to open your heart, and then you're able to connect better – both in the physical realm and the spiritual realm.

Lauren Gilmore is the owner of Soul Yoga, an inclusive community of loving hearts that treat every single soul that walks into that door equally.
What got Lauren to try yoga was that longing to be part of a community, which was something she had while living overseas. When she met Soul Yoga, she initially wiped floors in exchange for free yoga until she became an energy exchange and fell in love with it. Then she did teacher training, started to teach there, became an assistant studio manager, and now she owns it.
People bring a certain amount of baggage with them and Lauren wasn’t an exception having had a traumatic childhood. And so, there were so many things that triggered her as a teacher, unaware that her trauma actually kept coming up. She found herself in the same cycle and pattern of attracting the same toxic people over and over. But once she changed one thing, it became easy to change another.
When you’re practicing yoga, what you do on the mat takes place off the mat as well. On the mat, you work hard, confront feelings of frustration, and then you have to breathe through that frustration in order to find ease. And by continually going to yoga, especially when you do yoga training, you get to think through things and learn that yoga is more than just doing a pose.
Today, Lauren talks about how yoga impacted her personally, how she’s able to create a community where people feel safe, and how her purpose is now expanding even more with mediumship.

Professional mediumship is a road that not all mediums necessarily have to tread on. Some mediums may only decide to use their gifts for themselves or for personal reasons.
Today’s guest is Mike Pozorski, a professional medium from Wisconsin. And I wanted to talk to him about his journey to mediumship and how it all came together for him.
Mike has had his own share of experiences with spirit even at a young age. Although he went to a Catholic school, it was a good thing that his mom was also open to spirituality.
Although he took psychology and business in college, Mike's main focus back in college was partying and all the fun stuff that goes with college. He was seeing auras around his professors and he just felt he didn't belong there and he was supposed to do something else.
Mike was initially resisting it, but it wasn’t until he got this reading from a medium that his purpose became more clear to him. And perhaps that encounter with Archangel Michael just sealed the deal for him that he finally accepted his life’s calling as a medium. Mike now has a spirit team with him that helps him with his mediumship and his personal life.
When you're starting with mediumship, there's a tendency of getting in your own head too much. You have all these expectations and all the stuff you have to work through. There’s also this difference with the levels of how mediums receive information. It's like a game of Pictionary or charades where you see, hear, feel, smell, and taste things differently.
At the end of the day, you have to develop that relationship and trust, and connect with them. And sometimes, you just have to set the intention to just be with them.

Have you ever met someone doing shamanic work? Or perhaps you might have met a few of them and notice they’re doing different practices?
Today, Chrissy Ehrhart is joining us to talk about what it means to be a shaman or what the work of a shaman is.
Shamanism has been around for as long as human consciousness has. It has a direct relationship and kinship to nature and how nature has spirit in it everywhere. It’s also used for many different healings.
The beauty of shamanic work these days in this time of history is that they're becoming like hybrids. Indigenous cultures are unfortunately dissipating so a lot of customs and cultures are getting lost. As a result, different cultures are sharing their shamanic practices.
Chrissy says everyone can do shamanic work. The call usually comes to somebody in a village or community that has gone through some kind of traumatic transition or illness that has pushed them into that call.
At this time when different people are learning from different people and cultures that are being passed down, some will resonate with it and feel it’s their calling. Whatever lineage is calling you is going to be your intuitive self-knowing at work. And you could either take the call or choose to turn it off.
In some cultures of shamanism, the shaman or the one to be trusted is someone measured by the most joy – even in their illness, their crisis, or their sickness. It’s also important the person doing shamanic work is coming from a neutral place, which means being clean – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually – so they can connect more and much easier.
Whether you're coming into this work to become a shaman or you simply want to get back into the balance and the flow and not resisting – because resistance is going to come from a place of fear, anger, or confusion – then this episode is for you!

On this week’s episode, we meet with fellow podcaster Kelly Roberts. Kelly’s podcast is Inspire & Thrive. She shares her journey to where she is now with her business and how she has been able to help so many individuals with her passion for wellness and Pilates.
Kelly grew up with a fitness and wellness mentality, with her mom as a Pilates teacher and her dad, a chef. She initially went to school to be a writer until she got in a car accident when she was 24 and ended up with a bad whiplash injury that turned into a degenerating disease. After attending her mom’s Pilates class, the pain was gone. At that point, she studied under her for two years and got her own certification. She eventually opened her own boutique Pilates studio and has been teaching for 17 years now – helping people in her community to lead better, healthier, and happier lives.
The mind-body-soul connection is super powerful that when we work on even just one part of that triangle, we can pull in the others. But imagine the huge transformation that can happen when you're working on all three of them together!
Kelly's story is an inspiration that reminds us of how we have all this magic inside of us to help and impact our community.
Kelly and I discuss how the pandemic has changed the way we had to operate our businesses in order to continue serving others – and how it allowed us to actually do more and become more creative.
She shares some inspiring stories of how her passion has helped her and so many others. When you are in alignment with your purpose, things tend to fall in place perfectly for you to keep doing what you love.

Energetic cord-cutting meditations may be a practice that you are familiar with if you’ve been on the spiritual path for some time now. Whether you are seasoned or completely new to meditations in general you are going to love this once you try it!
Through this mediation, you will work with the intention of becoming aware of your energetic field all while bringing it in, clearing, repairing, and working on healing anything that no longer serves you.
When working with others here in the physical realm and in the spiritual realm you can form an energetic bond or attachment during a session. It’s also present in our day-to-day lives with our family, friends, lovers, ex-partners, and even people you meet for a moment. People send us energetic cords all the time and we may not even realize it.
You are NOT cutting people out of your life by completing this practice, but you are being mindful of your energetic field and cutting ties with anything that is not in alignment with your highest good. You are able to clear any cords that transmit negative energy and transmute it.
You will be guided to set the intention for your Guides, Angels and Loved Ones to bring guidance and love to you while also shielding you from any lower vibrational energy or thoughts, while working with Spirit.
It is so important to feel not only grounded, clear and vibrating high energetically, but also to feel supported when working with Spirit, and all of this can be accomplished through visualization, and intention in this meditation.
In this episode, you will hear :
Closing Meditation for working with Spirit
Stop the flow of worries, energy drains
Setting an intention & creating a strong more vibrant energy field
Grounding, clearing, and shielding your energy
