  • 045: A Journey of the Mind, Body and Soul with Medium Debbie Squizzero

Mediumship takes time to develop. It's a beautiful craft because, as mediums, we all channel differently. Everyone's journey is unique. My journey is unique as much as our guest’s journey today is too. But you have to be willing to put in the time, to trust, and to bring yourself to safe surrender. And sometimes, when you feel scared or doubtful about taking on this special gift, Spirit comes on full-force.

Debbie Squizzero is a Psychic Medium and her purpose is to connect people with their deceased loved ones as well as provide them with guidance, clarity or insight they’re seeking. She strives to deliver accurate, healing and loving information during each session to empower people who may be struggling with daily life issues or grief. By teaching them about death and their own energy and intuition, Debbie is able to leave her clients with a sense of ease, peace, closure, or healing.

Debbie started seeing and experiencing Spirit around the age of 6 when she would notice white shadowy figures which she now knows as beautiful, deceased souls. She had also always experienced very vivid dreams of deceased loved ones, had an imaginary friend when she was young, and felt that someone was watching over her or someone was around her.

As she got older, people would come to her for advice, not realizing earlier on that the advice she was giving them was being channeled to her from a Higher Source. It wasn’t until other mediums told her that she has a gift to connect with Spirit that she decided to develop her skills as a medium so she can help other people.

Recognizing that a part of her life’s purpose was to serve Spirit, she was also aligning herself to who she is and she would become in the process – a person who continues to evolve and develop every single day.

In this episode, you will hear :

    • Her transition into full-time mediumship
    • Having safe surrender and trust that we/re going to be taken care of as mediums
    • How fitness and nutrition helped Debbie with her work in Spirit
    • The importance of rest so we can be at our best to channel for Spirit
    • How your health is connected to your intuitive self
    • Changing things by just taking baby steps
    • The benefits of being healthy in other aspects of life
    • How underlying traumas are still stored in our physical DNA
    • The beauty of having a daily gratitude practice
    • Realizing the power of your breath

  • 044: Numerology with Molly the Medium

What if you knew your life path that could guide you along your own journey and help you live your purpose on this earth? Today, Molly shares about her journey through mediumship and her love of numerology and intuitive guidance.

Molly is a psychic medium and intuitive coach. She is passionate about helping people step into their authentic selves and discover their intuition. Molly believes that our intuition is the most natural part of ourselves, and when we learn to work with and trust it, it never steers us wrong.

Molly also talks about her struggles at a young age, dealing with mental health issues, until she finally decided she can’t keep doing it anymore and saw a therapist who eventually taught her about mediumship. Her depression caused her to shut down so she had to learn how to create her boundaries. But in order to do that, she had to feel the feelings she had been avoiding for so many years.

In addition to traditional psychic readings, Molly offers coaching sessions for anyone who wants to release trauma and shame and learn how to work with their intuition.

In this episode, you will hear :

    • A look into Molly’s growing up years
    • How she got into mediumship
    • The impact of depression on Molly
    • Learning to deal with her mental health issues intuitively
    • The spiritual bypass that happens within the spiritual community
    • How to determine your life path number and what it means
    • Attracting the frequency that matches you
    • How to determine your personality number

  • 042: Summer Series: The Emotion Code and More with Staci Alexander

Welcome to the final week of our six-week summer series where we are bringing you our top downloaded episodes. If you are new to the podcast and haven’t had the chance to catch up, you are in the right place.

This episode is a deep and powerful conversation with one of my favorite people on this planet. If you have not had the chance to meet Staci Alexander or listen to this interview when it was released last March you don’t want to miss it. Make sure to check out the show notes and give her a follow to hear what current offerings she has. I know she’s got a powerful Facebook group for women right now that is all about stepping into their power.

The emotion code is a way to tap into our subconscious mind in order to release trapped emotions. Negative emotions pull us out of alignment of who we are. This process is a super quick solution to find out what feelings and stories we’ve been holding onto that do not serve our highest self. Our inner and personal work affects our entire life experience.

This process works on a level of matters that you were not conscious of and brings people into their body awareness. In this space you get to speak with clarity and be specific with what you’re asking about instead of getting in your own way. Negative emotions show up for us as a pivotal point so you can choose to continue to react the same way to them or take your power back.

In this episode, you will hear:

    ·       What the emotion code is

    ·       What the emotion code does for people

    ·       The importance of being in control of your feelings/emotions

    ·       How this process ties into all aspects of your life

  • 041: Summer Series: Relationships are Opportunity for Growth

Welcome to week five of our six-week where we are bringing you our top downloaded episodes. If you are new to the podcast and haven’t had the chance to catch up, you are in the right place. This episode is all about relationships. Over the course of my life, I had to seriously master the understanding of this concept that I'm about to share with you. I’ve had to work on healing generational trauma and as you can imagine, it’s not an easy task.

Relationships with others – whether it be our partners, family, in career, and friendships, old and new – are so freakin' powerful. What they tend to do is show us all the ways we need to heal ourselves. These lessons come in many shapes and sizes depending on what your soul came here to do. You may have had similar conversations, situations, and experiences like the ones I will share with you.

Our primary purpose on earth is to grow on a soul level and how we do that is up to us with the execution of our own free will. We all want to see only the best of our family members. We all only want them to see the best in us and what they want for us.

However, it's important we also learn to set healthy boundaries so we can create our own space and tap into what soul lessons and purpose we have here instead of meeting the expectations of others.

Ultimately, through living an awakened life, you can find your truth and use that to become a better version of yourself and help others to do the same.

In this episode, you will hear :

    • Our emotions and reactions as healthy indicators of alignment
    • Our perceptions of certain situations and people are only as clear as the filter
    • Letting go of the painful experiences, your traumas, and wounds that you still hold onto
    • Why healing generational trauma is such a big deal
    • Allowing different relationships to truly show you what needs to be healed
    • Examining the triggers

  • 040: Summer Series: Shadow Work

Welcome to week four of our six-week summer series where we are bringing you our top downloaded episodes. If you are new to the podcast and haven’t had the chance to catch up, you are in the right place.

This episode is all about Shadow Work. This is another one of the top episodes that I recommend to clients coming for intuitive guidance and/or soul readings when they are working on releasing old traumas that are manifesting in current lessons today.

Are you constantly finding yourself stuck in a pattern?

Whether you're dealing with inner child issues, low self-worth, money issues, a pattern of toxic relationships, physical pain, perfectionism, or whatever it is, there is something you can do to get out of that hamster wheel.

Shadow work is the art of transmitting or transforming through healing some of those painful parts of ourselves that sometimes are so deep that they live in our subconscious minds.

When we face those suppressed parts of us, it's for the purpose of living a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

Taking the steps to do the shadow work will definitely take some strength and complete commitment to your self-care and your self-worth. But at the end of this beautiful process is a totally different outcome that has been healed and transmuted.

In this episode, you will hear:

    • What is shadow work?
    • How to stay away from the negative theme that you have bad luck
    • 4 steps in shadow work

  • 039: Summer Series: Lessons in Surrender

Welcome to week 3 of our six-week summer series where we are bringing you our top downloaded episodes. If you are new to the podcast and haven’t had the chance to catch up, you are in the right place.

This episode is called Lessons in Surrender. This is the one of the top episodes that I recommend to clients that are coming for intuitive guidance and/or soul readings when they are fighting against the current of life and circumstances that they may feel are best for them, but not quite lining up with ease or happening on their timeline.

In this episode I talk about my personal story of surrender that pertains to my professional career and how I went from there to now being on this path of mediumship. As I started to feel unfulfilled in my career and being pulled towards a path of self-employment there was a lot of uncertainty. Sure, uncertainty can create fear, but aligning with my heart and following the bread crumb trail of what truly lit me up brought me to a different place in every area of my life and I knew I was being led by spirit to go full time with my mediumship business.

The signs to make this leap were everywhere, but I hadn’t given it substantial thought or even had a business plan. It was a true moment of trust and surrender to realign with what felt like was to live a life completely heart led and full of purpose. There were just too many signs to stay where I was.

Listen to this episode to learn how to lean into your personal spirit team and get the guidance you need for the next step that is right for you.

And if you’re someone who’s so passionate about your professional career and you’re feeling that a lot of your self-worth is tied into the progression of that career, but you know deep in your heart that you need to make a change – maybe this episode is worth a listen for you too.

In this episode, you will hear:

    • How your emotions are an indicator of how you’re not aligned with the way things are going

    • Angel numbers and how the universe speaks to us in repeated numbers

    • Keeping those signs in your back pocket and working with your spirit team

    • How Gabby Bernstein’s book was influential in my journey with Spirit

    • Understanding that your presence is your power

    • How to bring back your alignment with your power

    • Figuring out the next best step instead of forcing things to happen

    • What we’re seeing vs. what we perceive we’re seeing

    • The key to receiving spiritual guidance

    • Gabby Bernstein’s 6 steps when asking the universe for a sign

  • 038: Summer Series: Finding Hope

Welcome to week 2 of our six-week summer series where we are bringing you our top downloaded episodes. If you are new to the podcast and haven’t had the chance to catch up, you are in the right place.

This episode is called Finding Hope and it is where I share with you details of my journey to mediumship and why it’s so important for me to share with you. The reason I work as a professional medium today is in honor of my Uncle Charlie and the great man that he is.

I’m also here to bring awareness and healing to those that have experienced generational trauma.

As you follow my story, please know that it is my sincere belief that every person that in my life was most likely trying to do the best that they possibly could. I believe that they had intentions of love, but they were also on their own journey of deep healing. Those that harmed me, were victims of abuse who went through their own traumas that were not addressed and not healed.

Through this beautiful journey of personal healing and transformation, I have developed a close connection with my spirit team. This all happened at an early age. I had no idea how important this connection was at the time and even though I let it guide me I never really talked about it until my uncle’s passing in 2015.

Although the loss of Uncle Charlie was tragic it was a spiritual catalyst in my journey to heal and stay connected with him. Since then, I have fully embraced it and stayed committed to my personal and spiritual development in efforts to heal and to help people connect with their own loved ones and development.

In this episode, you will hear:

    1. My first physical and spiritual memory when I was 3 years old

    2. Experiencing abuse from my mother and father

    3. How my past traumas allowed me to have a good read on people

    4. Holding on to the best parts of our family or the people we love

    5. When you stop loving yourself as an abused child

    6. Having a mental breakdown at 17 and how I finally found the courage

    7. How I found the name Hope

  • How to Start Your Spiritual Business

Do you feel called to step up your game and turn your hobby into something you could offer as a product or service to the outside world? And like many of us who once started, you probably don’t know where to start.

There are a lot of moving pieces when it comes to building a mediumship business. Things can get easily overwhelming – talk about building a website, how to handle your taxes, what services to offer, how to price them, not to mention the legal side of things.

When I started this mediumship business, it was only because I felt I needed to do it as part of the promise I made my uncle when he was passing – to live with my heart wide open and to give this gift of connection so people can bridge the gap and feel the love from the other side. That way, they know they're not walking this earth without them because the spiritual world is right here.

And so, I have poured my 20 plus years of business background into this mediumship world and it has turned into this six-figure business which I’ve been running for almost six years now. There's a reason why this foundation has worked for me and has worked for others. And I also know there's a divine reason why I was even called to bring this to you.

You probably don't need all of the bells and whistles because you're not there yet. And so, even if you’re still at a "hobby level" right now but you can see yourself pivoting into a mediumship business in the future, or maybe you’re now at the point where you’re ready to take yourself to the next level, then be sure to listen to this episode!

In this episode, you will hear :

    1. The different moving pieces when starting your spiritual business
      • Choosing a business name and entity
      • Setting up a good scheduler to maximize your time
      • Different policy templates and workbooks
      • List of offerings and pricing
    2. How to best share your story so people want to connect with you
    3. Choosing the right business insurance and accounting software for you
